I love sunflower season. It happens here in late summer/early fall. This year, we let all of our sunflowers grow and bloom wherever the birds may have planted them. The result is a yard (and studio) surrounded by happy yellow flowers, of all sizes. I’ve been so inspired by all of the color surrounding me….I took pictures, I painted a few new sets of sunflower (alcohol ink) tiles, and I even created a virtual painting class so you can join me in celebrating sunflower season!
